3. Services Provided

Chasing Daylight Studio, LLC provides real estate photography, videography, aerial drone services, floor plans, virtual tours, and related media production services. Service offerings may change without notice.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, email, or phone.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If a property is not ready to be photographed or filmed at the scheduled time, additional fees may apply for rescheduling or delays.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of final media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or late fees.

We accept payment by most credit cards.

6. Media Rights and Usage

Chasing Daylight Studio, LLC retains ownership of all media created until payment is received in full.

Once paid, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media solely for the marketing of the specific property and associated real estate services.

Media may not be resold, transferred, or reused for other purposes (including new listings, new agents, or other properties) without written permission and additional licensing fees.

We reserve the right to use any media created for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Property Preparation

The client or property owner is responsible for ensuring the property is ready for photography and/or videography at the scheduled time.

Our photographers/videographers are not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving items, but may adjust small items for visual purposes at their discretion.

8. Drone Operations

All aerial/drone work is conducted in compliance with FAA regulations.

Flights may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled due to weather, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns.

9. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time for photos is typically 24–48 hours.

Videos, virtual tours, and floor plans may require longer turnaround times.

Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

10. Liability

Chasing Daylight Studio, LLC is not responsible for any damages to property or injury that occurs during a photoshoot or video session unless directly caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for business losses, lost opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or media.

11. Reshoots

If a reshoot is requested due to property changes, weather, or client preferences, additional fees may apply.

Reshoots caused by technical errors on our part will be completed at no additional charge.

12. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the authority and necessary permissions to order media services for a property.

The client must provide accurate information and instructions for the project.

13. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a contract if the client fails to comply with these terms, engages in abusive or unsafe behavior, or does not pay for services rendered.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Worcester County, Massachusetts.

15. Changes to Terms

Chasing Daylight Studio, LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
